Ons recept voor ” Konijn en eend met Wortelen en Kamille ” bevat een mix van vlees dat zeer gezond is, aangezien het konijnen- en eendenvlees is.

RECEPT EIGENSCHAPPEN

Konijn (35%), Eend (hart, maag, nek) (33%) Bouillon (28,9%), Wortelen (2%), Mineralen (1%), Zalmolie (0,1%), Kamille (  0 ,01%).

Wortelen:  Wortelen zijn rijk aan bèta-caroteen en boordevol vitamine A, vitamine C en vitamine K, terwijl het ook veel kalium en vezels bevat. Goed voor de huid en het gezichtsvermogen.

Kamille:  Onder de eigenschappen van het kruid zijn krampstillend, windafdrijvend (gasverlichtend), ontstekingsremmend, kalmerend, antimicrobieel, spijsverterings-, kwetsbaar en anthelmintische activiteiten.
