Natural Greatness Renal Care is een volledig hypoallergeen en graanvrij natvoer samengesteld voor alle rassen van jonge en volwassen honden met chronische nierziekte die een dieet nodig hebben op basis van een beperkte inname van eiwitten en fosfor. Renal Care draagt ​​bij aan het behoud van de nierfunctie en aan het verminderen van het opnieuw optreden van oxalaatstenen. Deze voeding wordt niet aanbevolen voor drachtige of zogende honden, puppy’s of honden met leverfalen veroorzaakt door galafscheiding. Het wordt aanbevolen om dit dieet gedurende 6 maanden te gebruiken. Na deze periode moet een evaluatie worden uitgevoerd, alvorens te besluiten om het dieet zo nodig te verlengen.
