Ons heerlijke recept “Zalm en Kalkoen met Pompoen, Zoete Aardappel en Curcumine” biedt twee bronnen van hoogwaardige eiwitten en essentiële vetzuren.

RECEPT EIGENSCHAPPEN

Zalm en kalkoen (mager vlees, hart, lever en longen) (65%), vleesbouillon (28,8%), pompoen (3%), zoete aardappel (2%), mineralen (1%), curcumine (0,1%) ), zalmolie (0,1%).
Pompoen: Caloriearm voedsel rijk aan vitamine A, vitamine C, beta-caroteen, vezels, kalium, zink, calcium en magnesium. Het bevat ook antioxidanten. Zoete aardappel Hart gezond en goed voor het spijsverteringskanaal, zoete aardappel bevat meer voedingsstoffen dan aardappelen. Ze zijn gunstig voor gewichtsbeheersing en helpen de bloeddruk te verlagen. Rijk aan vezels, vitamine A, vitamine C, vitamine E en vitamine B.
Curcumine:Het kan de verbindingen die betrokken zijn bij gewrichtscomfort remmen. Helpt frequente / inconsistente ontlasting en winderigheid geassocieerd met zeer gevoelige darmen te voorkomen. Naast hulp bij pijn en ontstekingen heeft curcumine nog vele andere gezondheidsvoordelen.
